Salary Details: Grade C, £18,426 - £19,407 (plus 14% Shift Allowance)
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week on a rotating shift

An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding, flexible and self-motivated individual to join our Site Team as an Assistant Site Manager to ensure the College site remains clean, healthy, attractive and safe for all.
Crookhorn is a vibrant College, offering a challenging role in a forward looking environment, with innovative community developments and collaborations. The successful candidate will join an enterprising, highly skilled and motivated team of teaching and support staff.
This is a key role and applicants must have a wide range of practical skills including carpentry, plumbing and decorating. The successful applicant will have good communication skills and be flexible with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties will include unlocking and locking of all the buildings, general routine maintenance of the buildings and site and supervising our lettings out of normal College hours. As part of this role you will be required to drive the College minibus for which training will be provided. Applicants should have a good working knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures and be well organised and trustworthy. The post holder will be a key holder for the College and will respond to emergency call outs.
The position is for 37 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
